The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is included within the temporary instrument NextGenerationEU. approved by the European Parliament and the Council to stimulate recovery.
RECOVERY, TRANSFORMATION AND RESILIENCE PLAN
The Plan revolves around four main axes: ecological transition, digital transformation, social and territorial cohesion, and gender equality. These axes guide ten lever policies that include thirty components that articulate the investment programs.
